Impact House Deals is the investor-facing wholesale division of Impact Home Team, founded in 2016 by Josh and Ashley Hines in Lutherville Timonium, Maryland. What started as a husband-and-wife operation buying distressed properties with direct-mail campaigns has grown into a full-service wholesale pipeline closing 500+ deals across Central Maryland.
The business runs on two sides.
